These policies describe the intended service. Seller identity, retention periods, and final sales terms will be confirmed before live payments.
Contact and support forms collect your name, email address, subject, and message to respond to your request. Store checkout collects an email and transaction details for delivery and support, without creating a customer account. Private receipt links retrieve purchases; only hashed access keys are stored on the server.
When enabled, payments are processed by Razorpay. The studio stores order references, payment status, product identifiers, and purchase ownership. It does not receive or store your full card details. Downloads are provided through time-limited links.
The configured service providers may include Supabase for authentication, database records, and file storage; Razorpay for payments; and the chosen hosting provider for delivery and operational logs. Their privacy policies also apply to their processing.
Visitors do not need an account. Essential authentication storage is used for administrator access. Guest checkout provides a private receipt link instead of a customer profile or purchase-history dashboard. No advertising trackers are included in the application.
The studio records public page paths and timestamps, and app download requests, to measure website activity. These records do not include search queries, receipt keys, names, or visitor fingerprints. Counts include repeat visits and download requests rather than unique people or completed installations. Network addresses are hashed for short-lived abuse prevention. Activity totals and verified payment totals are available only to the authenticated studio administrator.
Messages are retained while needed to handle the inquiry; transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal obligations. Access controls protect private records. Retention schedules must be configured by the operator before launch.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the contact page. Some transaction records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. Keep your receipt link private because it grants access to the associated purchase.
Linked project websites, application pages, and social profiles have their own privacy practices. This policy will be updated when the services or processing change. The legal operator and contact details must be confirmed before public launch.
